BLAME AND MISERY

Blaming is an act of assigning responsibility to self, others and even the world for something wrong. It is a general issue that all of us have encountered or maybe have done. Humans were seemingly blaming entity.  When something went wrong we spoke of "he did", "She Did", " They Did", In other words, we are the people who seemingly point fingers when there seems mistakes.

A blamer is an extreme seeker and the one who has distorted understanding of self dignity. They tend to take away things that do not help them achieve something. They tend to portray that they know or understand things than others and when something fall down below their feet or someone failed to do up to their expectations, they tend to blame and pass their disappointments.

While we feel pity on someone being blamed, we have to understand the fact that when someone is blaming others, the blamer is the one who has a problem. A Blamer tend to be miserable in their lives. It is a game of "jumping into fire", the blamer jumped up and blame others but after some time they will again be falling down and feel the same heat.

A certain maturity is needed to see things as they are and not to judge things based on our standards and blame the self, others and the world.

But How to overcome blaming? Is it possible to prevent someone from blaming?
Here are some of the ideas we can do to overcome or prevent the habit of Blaming.

1. Surrender it and pray. Be grateful for everything that happened.
Blaming is pointing fingers on others but before you do the act. try to free your mind from the thinking of blaming. Pray. You might wish to say some wholesome prayers.

2. Accept things as they are.
If you feel disappointed or not favored, understand the root cause of it. Think, why do you feel what you are feeling. Accept that things happen as they are going to happen and not because someone fails to do what you expected.

3. Have in mind that God is just testing you?
who knows, that ever since, God has been testing you about your reaction to his challenges. Are you going to blame others in his behalf, or accept things with an assurance that God has a plan for you and he is just testing your capacity to take in responsibility.

4. See things that problems or failures are blessings in disguise.
This is one of the wisdom we should be learning to apply. Seeing things positively even things are not desirable or not successful. Most of the time, the failure brings new hope and chance for other opportunity to come in your life.
