Simple Observing Silence Guide for Adults

Let us all have an open heart and mind. Let us let our body fall and turned relaxed and serene.
We could only be serene if we let our body dropped naturally and let go of energies. We come to the state from Doing to Non-Doing. As energies come and go, we observe. We earnestly observe. Awareness is the key to experience sensations which might be very subtle and unfelt. In this realm of sensations, we earnestly observe. We observe our body from our consciousness without judgement or attachment to the sensations.

Instead, we focus on our breathing. Through inhalation and exhalation, we become aware of our physical body, the head, Neck, shoulders, chest, back, hips, legs and feet. We are scanning our body and when we felt any strange sensations on anywhere in our body, we create a peaceful blow of air and let us visualize the flow of energies from the strange sensations to our arms and legs. We will find that from time to time our mind will wander off into thoughts, fantasies, anticipations of the future or the past, worrying, memories, whatever.  When we notice that our attention is no longer here and no longer with our breathing, Then, without judging ourselves, we bring our attention back to our breathing, conscious of the duration of each breath from moment to moment.

I will be silent for a few minutes and let us continue the process. Peace, peace , peace.
(5 minutes.)

As this simple observing silence ends, we might give ourselves credit for having spent this time nourishing ourselves in a deep way by dwelling in this state of non-doing, in this state of being.  We intentionally made time for ourselves to simply be who we are.  And as we move back into the world, allow the benefits of this practice to expand into every aspect of our lives.
